| 2nd wave jurisdictions are expected to file their Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR) by the end of 2018 but in a recent survey by Thomson Reuters on the readiness of organisations in response to BEPS, 2/3 of the respondents expressed challenges in implementing their BEPS response and we have established 2 primary factors that are fuelling uncertainty for organisations in Asia.
